The incident occurred on DD/MM/YYYY, and he was worried about fraudulent use of his personal information. Applicable Sections of Law
Under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), several sections are relevant to lost driving license cases. File complaints with cyber crime cells if you suspect online misuse of your information. Inform your employer about the situation, especially if your license was required for work purposes. Keep detailed records of all communications and actions taken to protect yourself from further fraud.
