Requirement
- Age should be 21+ Years for boy and 18+ for girl
- Age Proof of both (i.e. Aadhar Card, Voter Card, Passport etc.)
- Address Proof (i.e. Voter Card, Driving License, Rashan Card etc.)
- 2-3 Witness with their ID card and Address Proof
- if anyone is divorcee / widow / widower (copy of that proof)

Fee
कोर्ट मैरिज करने के लिए हर राज्य में अलग-अलग फीस की व्यवस्था है अलग-अलग राज्य के कोर्ट निर्धारित नियमों के अनुसार चार्ज करते हैं वैसे यह फीस बहुत ज्यादा नहीं होती है ₹500 से लेकर ₹1000 के बीच आपको कोर्ट मैरिज का चार्ज देना होता है। लेकिन इस प्रक्रिया को पूरा करने के लिए लीगल एक्सपर्ट की अनिवार्यता होती है जिसे किसी एडवोकेट द्वारा कराया जाता है, इसके लिए वो अपनी फीस अलग से चार्ज कर सकते हैं।

- School Certificate : SSC from recognized board by Govt. of India.
- Passport

2. Address Proof (Any One)
- Voter I-card
- Aadhar Card
- Passport

- Or Any Other Address Proof
- 5 Passport Size Photo both Boy and Girl
- Witnesses (Any ID and Address Proof & 3 Passport Size Photo)
3. Witnesses
- Require total 2 witnesses from any side any male / female who has completed the age of 18 years having any ID and address proof can be your witness. (Witness may be your friend / family member or any of your known person).
- For Muslim Marriage Act required only male witnesses.
- Only for Special Marriage Act required total 3 witnesses.
4. Other Documents
- If any party is divorcee / widow / widower (copy of that proof)
